Take the first step in the Owner Evaluation Process - Owner Qualification Summary
Once you have thoroughly reviewed the hard-copy information kit (Step 2) and determined that you are interested in learning more about starting your own healthcare recruiting and medical staffing business, complete an online Owner Qualification Summary. The information you provide in the Qualification Summary allows us to understand your background and interest better, and prepares us to guide you through the Evaluation Process.
Once your Owner/Operator Qualification Summary is received, a member of our Owner Development team will contact you to answer any initial questions you may have and get you started in the Owner Evaluation Process, including:

Review of a Sample Business Plan – a twenty page detailed description of the operations, marketing and sales strategy for Owner/Operators starting their own healthcare recruiting and medical staffing business.
B.
Participation in a Technology and Software Demonstration – a web conference with a Health Career Agents staff member showing you, and others evaluating the business, how our research and recruiting software works.
C.
Speaking with current Owner/Operators – prospective Owner/Operators are asked to speak with, and be recommended by, no less than three existing Owners.
