Be a Healthcare Recruiter Working from Home
"No Investment" Required

Our Owner/Operators use Sales Consultants to work on basic healthcare recruiting activity. Sales Consultants work from their own home offices, run their own schedule, don’t make any type of investment, and have legitimate six figure earning potential.

Demand is high with more than one-million healthcare openings nationally right now. As 76 million baby-boomers hit retirement age, practitioner shortages will grow even larger as healthcare needs for scans, surgeries, and prescriptions increase.

To capitalize on this demand, Health Career Agents has built a national network of Owner/Operators who furnish healthcare recruiting services to practitioners ranging from nurses to pharmacists. To help our Owner/Operators grow their businesses we recruit Sales Consultants to work with them.

As a Sales Consultant we teach you everything you need to get started in healthcare recruiting working with one of our Owners. You’ll learn a particular sector like nursing, diagnostic imaging, pharmacy, or physician recruiting and be able to represent these practitioners competently in taking the next step in their career.

We’ll teach you how to market practitioners to employers that need them in exchange for attractive recruiting fees of $12,000 to $30,000 depending on their specialty. Instead of doing all the work of running a business, you’ll build relationships with healthcare practitioners to help them find new positions, and make great money doing it.

The Owner/Operator we refer you to manages everything while you focus on sales. They provide you with leads and marketing support, help you close deals, and work to maximize your income. It’s the Owner/Operator that really allows you to work from home and enjoy the freedom that comes with it, while having a legitimate shot at making six-figures every year.

Is there a catch? Of course there is.

When you become a Sales Consultant, you can never become an Owner yourself. You can’t even be involved with a competing venture in the healthcare or recruiting space.

Instead of making an initial investment, like Owner/Operators, Sales Consultants pay with "sweat equity". Of the first $100,000 the Sales Consultant generates in recruiting fees, $25,000 goes to Health Career Agents.

The Owner/Operator you work with always retains 50% of what you generate in recruiting fees. You will eventually receive 50% also, but start at 30% commission and then receive more and more, on a graduated scale, until you produce $200,000 in gross recruiting fees.

By receiving $25,000 of the first $100,000 the Sales Consultant generates, Health Career Agents is able to cover the costs of training and supporting them. Once the Sales Consultant has generated $200,000 in recruiting fees, they receive 50% of everything they produce and their contract is assigned to an Owner/Operator.

We ask prospective Sales Consultants to go through a specific process:
1. Read Q&A on Consultant Program
2. Complete an online Sales Consultant Interview
3. Be interviewed by Health Career Agents staff
4. Sign contractual paperwork
5. Complete Probationary Period of training
6. Incorporate and make party to agreement
7. Begin working with an Owner/Operator

We will want to confirm that you have researched becoming an Owner/Operator and definitively ruled out starting your own business in healthcare recruiting. We will also need to verify that you can work the necessary hours and go two to three months without income.

If you’re qualified and interested in working as a Sales Consultant, it is then a matter of signing a contract and getting started with training. Every Consultant completes an initial "Probationary Period" of up to 30 days, incorporates, and is then referred to an Owner/Operator within our network.

Becoming a Sales Consultant is a great opportunity for the right person. One who wants to focus on sales and let someone else run the business. However, it isn’t right for everyone.

The "Pros" are that there is no up-front investment, you can make great money, working from home, talking with healthcare candidates and helping them find better, more satisfying jobs. You also have to be aware that recruiting is hard work. You have to be motivated to make 80-100 phone calls per day initially, and long term be able to maintain five hours of phone time every day, if you are going to make $100,000 annually.

If you are interested in healthcare recruiting, at all, you should be thorough in considering which role might be best for you. Those who eventually become Sales Consultants should be sure to investigate and "close the door" on the Owner Program beforehand. That’s because becoming a Sales Consultant prohibits you from ever becoming an Owner yourself.

If you are truly interested in having your own business try not to let the investment associated with our Owner/Operator Program scare you away. Health Career Agents can get almost any serious candidate funded in becoming an Owner/Operator.

If, after investigating the Owner/Operator Program, you determine it’s not a good fit, you can always become a Sales Consultant at that point.
